Overview:
**Sales Program Manager - Mexico, Central America and Caribbean**

As a Program manager of sales-related programs you will act providing overall sales project and program management of our largest and most complex sales opportunities across the territory.
- On selected accounts: Program manage all sales related work streams.
- Stakeholder’s relationship building.
- Sum strategic planning and financial acumen.
- Sum deep analytic background to the teams.

Assist develop a programmatic approach, obtain stakeholder support, and execute on the program plan with a strong bias for action.

Lead and communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across customer stakeholders.

With proper project management should increase velocity, consistency, and quality of complex accounts sales pipeline through collaboration and support of the team to ensure implementation of sales effectiveness mechanisms and strategies.

**What you will do**
- Closely work with the Program Sponsor and also with the team members to define, prioritize, and develop the program’s components also defining the manner each part will be monitored and reported.
- Preparing the schedule of each project or initiative, including the milestones, deadlines and assigning team members.
- Overseeing the program execution and ensuring that team members are working within their assignments efficiently while upholding the company's standards and the program’s objectives.
- Drafting or improving the processes that could improve program’s performance.
- Continuously evaluating the program and components to ensure they are aligned with the process but also with the plan defined, adhering to the objectives defined like: deadline, deliverables and budgets.
- Accurately documenting each component of the program project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Collect data of the program’s components including project issues, risks, budgets, and resource allocation analyzing the performance.
- Providing accurate reports on time (aligned with the agreed frequency) to the stakeholders.

Collaborate and support the teams involved in account management to ensure sustainable and profitable growth

Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- Support through proper Project Management in Achieving or exceeding the team sales targets.
- Proven successful experience in project management and/or pipeline management.
- Experience in executing complex PMOs.
- Good understanding of B2B business.
- Familiar with business realities within the geography/sector he/she is responsible for.
- Solid project management knowledge and acumen.
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish, French a plus
- Location based in Latin America
