We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
**About the role**:
Winona is seeking for a talented and data-driven CRO Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital properties to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
**Seniority Level**: Mid-Senior Level
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to increase website conversion rates, user management, and lead generation
- Plan, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to identify high-impact optimization opportunities
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the overall user experience, focusing on improving website usability, navigation, and design elements
- Work closely with content creators to optimize website content for improved conversions, readability, and engagement
- Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel
- Regularly analyze website performance data, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Utilize tools to gain insights into user interactions and pain points on the website
- Create and optimize landing pages for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with conversion goals
- Generate and share detailed reports on CRO initiatives, including test results, insights, and recommendations, with the marketing and leadership team
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar)
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from data
- Experience with UX/UI principles and website usability best practices
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

- Certifications in CRO or related fields
