**About the Role**:
As our SEO Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion and acquisition efforts. Your primary objectives will include:

- **Driving Growth**: Within one year, scale the channel two times in terms of not only traffic but the number of new paid subscriptions.
- **Process Scaling**: Build a transparent content creation and link building processes to ensure efficient team operations and rapid growth.
- **Team Development**: Grow and manage an internal team of designers and copywriters to execute our SEO strategy effectively.

We view SEO a crucial acquisition tool, not merely a branding exercise. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging this channel to drive tangible business outcomes.

**Key targets for a year**:

- We have the strongest domain, highest traffic volume and best keyword positions in the NYC market among direct competitors
- You've scaled SEO to a second city and achieved at least 1500+ unique users that convert to 70+ leads per month
- The site and blog fully cover all commercial and non-commercial keywords (around 250 keywords) and has a broad and logical structure

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in SEO and content creation for blogs, websites, guest posts, Shopify stores.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize strategies to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
- **Project Management**: A knack for effective project management and team coordination, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- **Creativity**: Ability to stay ahead of trends and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- **Copywriting**: Good skills in writing compelling copy and scripts that captivate and engage audiences.
- **Market Analysis**: Capability to conduct thorough competitor, user, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
