**Job Description**:
One of the core functions of the Global Sourcing Management Group (GSMG) is to conduct effective sourcing work for the Company by executing our end-to-end sourcing process.

This includes working with the business stakeholder to understand the needed goods or services, identifying the viable suppliers, conducting the evaluation process via RFX steps, selecting the final suppliers, and then completing the negotiation and formal contracting work.

This role will be managing Facilities / Site Services category for Latin America and will need to collect data from the different countries to process it and map actual situation to identify opportunities for consolidating our Integrated facilities Management program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand Ariba System to collect data to process
- Network with Facilities and suppliers’ stakeholders to understand current situation
- Identify opportunities and working with the global category lead to identify and implement a strategy to simplify the actual process
- Support business needs as needed
- Develop a dashboard for KPIs measurement

**Required**

.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field

.Fluent English

.Advance Excel and PowerBI management is a plus

.Analytic and create relations easily

.Fluent communication

**Preferred**

.Fluent in Portuguese

**Experience**:

- From 2 to 4 years’ experience in a multinational company into the Procurement or Financial Area
- Knowledge about Site Services / Facilities categories.
- Data processing and simplification
