Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is currently recruiting for a Sr. Manager, GS Scope Expansion within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization, Strategy & Transformation team. This position location is flexible, but the preference is in New Brunswick, NJ. Consideration will be given to other GS Hub locations (Tampa, Manila, Prague and Bogota).

We support the businesses of Johnson & Johnson, performing select functional work in a consistent manner across regions and sectors using simplified, standardized end-to-end processes and state of the art technology. We have around 4,500 employees in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement who work for GS in key service centers located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.

The Senior Manager will expand existing capabilities and integrate new services in support of Global Services’ mission in being a trusted partner creating game-changing solutions for Johnson & Johnson and to realize its vision of unlocking limitless value with the most advanced business services.

The position plays a central role to lead and shape cross-functional, cross-tier strategies in key expansion areas. Collaborating across Functions and processes engaging with senior leaders and key partners, this role will move opportunities from intake through assessment to execution. This role will develop and mature Global Services' scope by deploying enterprise capabilities and service enablers (e.g., Intelligent Automation, Change Management and Communications, Data Strategy & Governance) and identifying high impact areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape strategy, provide leadership and recommendations to GS LT and Ops Board for go/no-go decisions related to service and capabilities expansion opportunities
- Lead and navigate across cross-functional capabilities and teams to enable E2E execution and operationalization support for scope expansion identified as priorities (BUHR, BUF, Change Management, PPM, Training, etc.)
- Interacts with executive management and functions to establish engagement approach, objectives, team structure, and timing. Identifies the team members, SMEs required, and defines roles. Leads senior stakeholder engagement throughout process
- Serve as GS Lead on service & capabilities expansion assessment projects with end-to-end responsibility for intake, assessment including baseline analysis, scoping, design solutions including 3Es business case development and GS capability / talent implications, and execution
- Lead governance, value realization, work plan, and risk management. Responsible for defining budget and onboarding internal and external resources as required
- Identify, prioritize, and drive cross-functional continuous improvement projects on GS scope expansion processes
- Educate GS and global function partners on scope expansion assessment principles, policies / guidelines, and processes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and develop trust across partners

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum of 8 years relevant business experience
- Must have experience navigating with senior executive teams, preferably in a shared service environment, to manage and prioritize projects and investments and subsequently design and implement integrated project plans to facilitate implementation.
- A proven track record of influencing, and relationship building skills that inspire trust and quickly build credibility between key stakeholders.
