Work closely between the product squads, global and local operations teams to provide data and implement solutions that improve the productivity, contribution and value prop of couriers.
Search for and execute optimization opportunities in the way in which fulfillment (Rappitenderos operations) operates, generating efficient, scalable and customer-centric solutions, in order to secure the best experience for all our stakeholders
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
**Responsibilities**:
- Propose and execute experiments in search of operational improvements, clearly identifying existing trade offs.- Identify the highest priorities, provide data-based decisions, generate buy-in from the organization and operationalize strategies from idea to execution.- Implement initiatives, leading the project from a PMO perspective and actively analyzing results, steering accordingly.- Work closely with other members of the global and local teams to: measure results, follow up on metrics and/or execute requirements.- Follow up on the area’s main metrics and understand the reason for the obtained result.- Identify the highest priorities, provide data-based decisions, generate buy-in from the organization in order to prioritize product initiatives.- Actively analyze results of deployed initiatives based on key metrics that must be moved, iterate on learnings.- Work closely with other members of the product team to measure and communicate the impact and efficiency of current and new business processes.- Assist in shaping the roadmap and deciding which projects and areas of the puzzle the squad should focus on.And help defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on information gathered.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
Basic Requirements:
- Business administrator, economist, engineer or related.- 2+ years of operations management experience; 1+ of those years in investment banking/consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience.- Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as problem-solver. Strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.- Project management experience engaging multidisciplinary teams.- English and Spanish required.- Proficiency with Gsheets/Excel.- Proficiency in SQL.
