World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.based company with a **100% remote workforce**.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. **Resumes must be submitted in English**.

**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate these into technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain data models, databases, and schemas to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Must have proficiency with Power BI Desktop, SQL, and expert level Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs/tables/dashboards/visual basic code, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with collection, aggregation and management of data and production of various reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations, preferably at a financial institution.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail (this position entails working with large datasets and multiple spreadsheets daily).
