**Responsibilities**:

- Correspond with vendors/employees and respond to all Accounts Payable inquiries.
- Open new vendors account and abstain from the required documentation.
- Review check requests and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing.
- Process check requests and invoices.
- Accurately categorize and match credit card transactions.
- Record semi-monthly overseas payroll.
- Filing checks backup, deposits backup and accounting documentation electronically.
- Assist financial managers as needed.
- Assist with 1099 process/year end/accounting projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 Years Accounts payable or general accounting experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is considered a plus.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
