This will be a full-time position, salary, Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS), and paid semi-monthly with additional bonuses and flexible time off.

**Compensation**:
$600

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Manager to resolve any invoice issues, and process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on-time
- Use extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into AppFolio
- Complete bank reconciliations in AppFolio for multiple accounts every month
- Ensure all tenant delinquencies are accurate and contact residents daily to reduce balances
- Assist manager in verifying the accuracy of the general ledger, and journal entries, and prepare balance sheets and financial reports for review
- Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage accounts receivables process
- Respond to all tenant and owner account inquiries
- Manage accounting inbox

**Qualifications**:

- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- AppFolio experience is a must
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Exceptional organization, analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills are important
- A high school diploma is required - an associate’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
