Guest Experience Coordinator – Notice to Vacate

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, service-driven Guest Experience Coordinator to support a fast-growing corporate housing and hospitality organization.

You'll manage the guest move-out lifecycle, ensuring notice-to-vacate, extension requests, and service disconnects are handled accurately, professionally, and on time.

You'll work closely with property managers, landlords, and vendors (utilities, furniture, concierge, and inspections) to deliver a seamless, VIP-level move-out experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a VIP-level service experience for guests, clients, and internal partners.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails related to notice-to-vacate and extension requests.
  • Track and manage all notice-to-vacate and extension requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Coordinate move-out services and timelines across vendors and partners, including:
    • Utility disconnect scheduling and confirmations
    • Furniture tear-down scheduling and move-out logistics
    • Move-out inspections and reviews with concierge/inspection partners
  • Maintain accurate records for move-outs, extensions, and disconnects; update billing-related data.
  • Identify risks early, escalate proactively, and support process improvements and SOP documentation.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate housing, relocation, hospitality, real estate, or a related B2B service environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment and escalating issues appropriately.
Requirements
  • Full-time, fully remote role (Colombia only).
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Availability aligned with Colombia time (GMT-5), with flexibility for time-sensitive move-out needs.
