**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, articulate, and self-motivated **Data Collection Researcher** to support a short-term research initiative focused on medical practices in the Chicagoland area. This is a **project-based role** ideally suited for someone who is comfortable conducting phone-based outreach and gathering structured information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound phone calls to medical practices across the Chicagoland area.
- Collect, verify, and accurately document information based on specific research criteria.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of call outcomes and responses.
- Communicate findings regularly to the project lead or research coordinator.
- Follow call scripts and adapt communication based on the context of each conversation.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Native-level fluency in English** (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making several hours of phone calls daily.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured data collection processes.
- Previous experience in phone-based outreach, surveys, or research is a plus.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for making calls.

**Compensation & Classification**:

- This is a **part-time, project-based role** (approximately 20 hours per week).
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview process.

**Note**:
This is a **temporary engagement** intended to support a specific research effort. The role is not expected to continue beyond the scope of the current project, though future opportunities may arise based on organizational needs and performance.
