As a Senior Collections Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Bill to Cash (B2C) team, responsible for overseeing and managing the collection of outstanding customer payments. Your main tasks will include completing collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, with a focus on aged invoice reports and established collection strategies. You will provide excellent customer service to resolve collection issues, discrepancies, and open positions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all activities.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records of customer payment statuses, including daily and month-end reports shared both internally and externally. You will perform customer account reconciliations, review and send periodic customer statements, and provide updates on action items in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team. Additionally, you will provide feedback on bad debt and write-offs, escalate issues and disputes as needed, and ensure compliance with SGS policies and procedures.

Your expertise will be crucial in presenting financial data, particularly with regard to major overdue invoices and aged debt. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the collections area, you will help identify process improvements, propose new solutions, and lead collections training within the team. Your ability to manage complex collection activities efficiently and effectively will be key to ensuring smooth financial operations and achieving defined SLAs and KPIs.
**Requisitos** Educational Background**:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Salario básico: $4.431.000 (prestacional)

Bono de idioma: $800.000 mensuales (no prestacional)

Bono de bienestar: $500.000 mensuales (no prestacional)

Bono de desempeño: $369.250 (prestacional garantizado por los primeros tres meses)

Comisiones hasta de $ 800.000 prestacionales garantizados por los primeros tres meses

Contrato con temporal primero 6 meses, posteriormente pasa directo con SGS a término indefinido según desempeño.
