**Responsibilities**:

- Drive successful supplier adoption of digital payment programs to achieve Customer success metrics
- Execute the Supplier Enablement strategy and campaigns for customers as defined by the Customer Success Manager
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Supplier Enablement Campaigns for the Customer, Partner, Supplier, and Coupa Engagement Manager throughout the supplier enablement process
- Extract reports from Coupa systems to help support the execution of enablement campaigns
- Manage project timeline and ensure all campaigns and related tasks are executed on schedule
- Track and manage all supplier enablement campaign activities
- Respond to customer inquiries during the Supplier Enablement campaign workstream and provide general guidance and assistance as needed
- Work with the Supplier Success Team to manage one-to-one onboarding and phone outreach for strategic suppliers, contact data enrichment, and various other enablement support efforts as defined by the Customer Success Manager
- Raise support tickets with the Product Team as needed
- Provide campaign results and supplier enablement reports to customers, partners, and internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Supplier Enablement, Inside Sales, or a related field
- Experience with the Procure-to-Pay process and supplier payments (bank transfers, virtual cards, early payment discounts) is highly desirable
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the following is a plus: Salesforce, Smartsheets, Iterable
- Fluency in a second language is preferred
