Estamos buscando un Marketing Automation Consultant, para uno de nuestros clientes de Miami. La misión del rol es realizar tareas consultivas en el área de Martech / Marketing Automation que ayudan a los clientes a generar estrategias y operaciones de Relacionamiento con sus clientes e implementar/ejecutar dichas estrategias a través de las herramientas adecuadas para cada Segmento.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar Segmentos de Crecimiento entre los usuarios de la Marca y definir la Estrategia de Relacionamiento adecuada
- Diseñar Estrategias de Relacionamiento entre la Marca y sus clientes para lograr los objetivos perseguidos para cada Segmento
- Optimización de la Comunicación entre Marca y Usuario a través de la Automatización de Mensajes
- Definición de KPIs a cumplir con las Estrategias planteadas por cada segmento
- Diseño Conceptual de los Journeys/Workflows, a través de los momentos de contacto entre el usuario y la marca durante el Customer Journey
- Implementación de Journeys en la Plataforma de Mktg/Engagement/Growth del cliente

**Requirements**:

- Certificación o experiência avanzada demostrable en algunas de las plataformas (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, SAP-Engagement, Hubspot, Zoho CRM, Freshworks, Active Campaign, Insider, Braze, Klaviyo.)
- Experiência Previa en Plataformas de Marketing (SFMC, Adobe o SAP Engament)
- Experiência previa en la construcción de Journeys, diseño conceptual de journeys por medio del contacto entre el usuario y la marca durante el costumer journey.
- Dominio de la comunicación entre marca y usuario a traves de la automatización de mensajes.
- Dominio Inglés
