Our vision is to become an international market leader in business transformations. **Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities**: - Oversee and manage projects from initiation to closure. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Create and maintain Process Maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project tasks. - Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks. - Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and clients. - Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies. - Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement **Specific Responsibilities**: - Create proposal drafts in better proposals by collecting scope of work and requirements from stakeholders. - Admin management of Zoho CRM - Monitoring and updating of operation scorecards and sales & marketing - Sales forecasting - Board reporting - Asana administration - Hubstaff management - Invoicing and billable range file monitoring **Skills and Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent - 3-5 years of management consultant experience or another relevant role - Intermediate/Advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite, Asana and other BPM - Basic /general understanding of financial analysis and accounting skills - Basic knowledge of financial modeling or exposure in company funding and capitalization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks - Project management experience - Strong working knowledge of business management practices - People management skills - With night shift experience preferred. **Knowledge/Abilities**: - Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service. - Ability to structure and manage extensive workload - Experience in training and coaching in new processes - Experience managing teams and driving productivity - Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally and externally - Ability to influence others and present a positive company image - Operates with a sense of urgency - Collaborative work style essential **Special Certifications** - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Scrum Master or Agile certifications are beneficial.
