Junior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a dynamic, and highly motivated **Junior Business Analyst** who will responsible for assisting in the analysis and optimization of business processes, as well as identifying business needs to ensure that the systems and technological solutions are aligned with the organization's objectives and goals.

**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- **Requirements Analysis**:

- Identify and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and validate the information collected.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.
- Document and map business processes using appropriate tools such as BPMN.
- **Solution Development**:

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Validate the functionality of the implemented solutions and ensure their correct operation.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide support to end-users in the use of implemented solutions.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- **Reports and Data Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that assist in decision-making.

**Why We’ll Love You**:

- Degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related areas.
- Knowledge in analysis and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
