Position: Sales Rep / Customer Service agent

Office Location: Remote

Mon-Fri 11am-8pm (Colombia)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 300+ calls per day
- Motivated and energetic
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calls, customer service, and Microsoft programs
- Advanced English proficiency
- Clear and pleasant phone voice with mínimal accent
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Cold calling experience preferred, outbound calling experience required
- Negotiating and closing skills recommended
- Collections background experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
