**We are searching the best talent for PSP SENIOR COORDINATOR LA NORTH to be in Bogotá.**

**Purpose**:Responsible for administrating product lines within the patient support program, ensuring solutions for patients and their caregivers according to their therapy needs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the management of the operation of the program, being the bridge from Janssen business and the third party in charge of the operation.
- Guarantee actions for the continuous improvement of the program to provide better services to patients, helping them meet the objectives of their therapy.
- Ensures the reputation of Janssen and complies with corporate policies and procedures and local regulation, regarding compliance, pharmacovigilance, and quality.
- Keeps internal clients informed of the evolution of management indicators, through user-friendly reports that provide strategic information for brands
- Ensures necessary actions are taken when results are not as expected
- He leads certain special projects on the regional and local agenda, assigned by his supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Professional in careers related to administration, industrial engineering, administrative engineering or related.
- Spanish / English (Intermediate - high)
- Management of support programs for patients (3 years or older)
- Project management experience
- Knowledge in health system
- Management of vendors in patient program
- Support in the alignment between the business and the operation for the development of patient support program services, according to the strategy of each brand, guaranteeing compliance with quality, pharmacovigilance and hcc standards.
- Active support in the generation of insights that accompany the definition of strategies with the business units, monitoring of the results of the execution of the program, seeking to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives, the sustainability and stabilization of the operation, ensuring efficiency and productivity whole of the parties involved.
