**Tu principal objetivo como Customer Success Analyst será**:
Ser la voz y el apoyo de nuestros clientes, brindándoles soluciones rápidas y efectivas a través de diferentes canales. Tu misión será asegurarte de que cada interacción sea una experiência positiva, guiándolos en sus procesos y retroalimentando a las áreas internas para seguir mejorando continuamente.

**Tus responsabilidades como Customer Success Analyst serán**:
**Guiar a los clientes en procesos clave como aplicación, aprobación, desembolso y pagos.

**Conocer a fondo todos nuestros productos para ofrecer respuestas claras y precisas.

**Escalar las inconformidades de los clientes cuando no puedas resolverlas de manera independiente, asegurando su seguimiento adecuado.

**Brindar información oportuna, transparente y eficaz para mantener nuestros estándares de servicio al cliente.

**Apoyar la estrategia de retención para mantener a nuestros clientes satisfechos.

**Contribuir al cumplimiento de las metas del área, como C-Sat y NPS.
