Visual Designer

This role is based at our** Medellin office** and is a **full-time (40 hours) **position. We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home within Colombia any time you want. Additionally, you can work from **any country you want** up until 4 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.

**What this role looks like**

In this role you will work with our Product Design Team and the Marketing Team to execute on designs that are needed. We are looking for a creative mind that has some design experience in his pocket and can show us a portfolio of great digital and print work. As visual designer you will be working within our existing brand guidelines and will find ways to expand these. You will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales taking into account quantity over quality, accuracy and consistency.

**Some of your key tasks as Visual Designer**
- Art direct, concept and execute creative that pushes the brand forward while aligning with key business goals;
- Help to define, shape and evolve the brand’s guidelines and look/feel;
- Optimise and re-design the sales website, forms and dedicated landing pages for campaigns;
- Create digital and print campaigns, ebooks and other marketing material that will attract leads;
- Create compelling presentations and sell work to stakeholders, translating broad creative ideas into tight concepts and executions;
- Help our video team and realise fitting images and product screenshots / screen recordings.

**What you will bring to the Marketing team**
- 2+ years art direction, marketing design and/or UI/UX design experience at a studio, agency or in-house (preferably at a notable tech company);
- A portfolio that shows strong strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of mediums, including physical, experiential, digital, and print;
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, and illustration;
- Ability to embrace change: can thrive and create your own structure in a always changing work environment;
- You are a **self-starter**, highly skilled in handling multiple projects at once, and a master at prioritization and getting things done;
- You know how to improvise, think creatively, and **be an enthusiastic problem solver**, coming up with creative and unorthodox ideas to engage prospects;
- You know how to deal with a **fast-paced scale-up environment** and adapt quickly to changing priorities - B2B experience is a plus;
- Mastery in Figma, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Photography, motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
