**What We're Looking For:**:We are seeking a Growth Data Analyst to join our Sales & Operations teams. Your role will be to work with cross functional teams to provide reporting insights on key business metrics via dash-boarding and excel, ensuring data integrity within HubSpot CRM, in conjunction with Gong.io (our call recording software), Lever (our Applicant Tracking system), Toggl (our Time Tracking system), and FSL Admin (our internal Developer Matching system). Your goal is to drive efficiency and promote a data driven culture across the Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Human Resources Teams at FullStack Labs As a Growth Data Analyst at FullStack Labs, you will:

- Handle administrative functions in HubSpot including maintaining records on companies, contacts, and deals. You will be one of the primary stewards of data hygiene.
- Ensure data quality within HubSpot by monitoring entries and enforcing Sales Operations policies.
- Review call transcriptions & call recordings within Gong.io from both sales & client success calls and ensure critical information is entered correctly into Hubspot for the appropriate teams, and communication time-critical data to the appropriate FSL teams.
- Pushing the organization to make the most of the data that is available to it and finding new methods of leveraging data.
- Provide regular reporting on revenue metrics, Marketing, Sales, and CS activity, funnel and deal pacing performance, and measures of departmental health across Revenue teams.
- Come up with new ways to look at the data we generate to drive new and interesting findings.
- Assist with process development and enhancement between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain documentation of HubSpot processes to utilize as a company resource.

**Skills Required**:

- You speak and write English fluently.
- 1 Year of experience in technology sales or sales operations.
- 1 Year of daily experience with Hubspot CRM (required).
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to transcribe, interpret, and generate insights from raw data.
- Strong computer skills.
- 1 Year of experience with the Google Suite, including Calendar, Mail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Positive can-do attitude with a tireless work ethic.
- Upbeat, energetic, and excited to come to work each day.
Nice To Have Skills:

- Experience with Toggl, Lever or Gong.io.
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Automation/Workflow/System Integration experience within Hubspot.
- Experience building custom reports.
- Presentation experience.
