We’re growing fast and need a digital expert to take our **Shopify e-commerce experience to the next level.**

**Your Mission**

As our **Shopify Web & E-commerce Manager**, you will be the driving force behind the performance, design, and user experience of our Shopify store. You'll work closely with our branding and product teams to ensure our online presence reflects the quality and care behind _La Tienda de Zoe_. Your work will directly support our mission of improving pet ownership across Colombia and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the **end-to-end management** of our Shopify store.
- Develop and maintain **product pages, landing pages**, and seasonal promotions.
- Optimize site speed, performance, and user experience — across desktop and mobile.
- Implement **SEO best practices** for e-commerce visibility.
- Monitor site analytics, user behavior, and sales performance to inform improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify and app integration issues.
- Collaborate with marketing for product launches, campaigns, and newsletters.
- Maintain alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Ensure **secure, seamless checkout** and payment integration.

**You Bring**
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with **Shopify management**.
- Strong understanding of **Shopify themes, Liquid, HTML/CSS**, and customizations.
- Proven skills in e-commerce **UX/UI**, mobile optimization, and SEO.
- Familiarity with integrations like **Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Judge.me**.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.
- Passion for pets and an eye for premium branding is a **huge plus**.

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in Latin American e-commerce or pet product industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — though Spanish fluency is essential.
- Graphic design or content creation skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
