**Location**: Remote (LATAM/US time zones preferred)
**Engagement**: Contract to start (with potential to grow to part-time or full-time)
- **What You’ll Be Doing**_

We’re looking for an experienced **Digital Project Manager** who knows Shopify inside and out and thrives in an agency environment. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Shopify/Shopify Plus site builds, redesigns, and CRO projects for fast-growing eCommerce brands.

You’ll be the quarterback, client-facing, team-managing, detail-obsessed. This is not a coordination-only role. You own the outcomes.
- **Your day-to-day**:_
- Manage multiple site builds and optimization projects at once
- Run kickoffs, lead weekly client calls, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Turn client goals into actionable project plans and priorities
- Keep timelines tight, scope clean, and budgets on track
- Track deliverables, velocity, and blockers using PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Spot risks before they become problems. Escalate with context.

**Must-haves**:
2-5 years of project management experience in a digital/web **agency**
Direct experience managing **Shopify or Shopify Plus** projects
Experience leading **remote** design and dev teams
Excellent client communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency with project tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.
Ability to manage multiple active projects without dropping balls
Solid understanding of web dev workflows (especially for Shopify)
Comfortable working across time zones (our clients are mostly US-based)

➕ Experience with CRO, Klaviyo, or BigCommerce
➕ Background in eCommerce or DTC brands
➕ Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management chops
