**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Intake Specialist**to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This _bilingual role (English/Spanish) _is designed for someone based in **Central or South America**who brings legal intake experience and outstanding communication skills. You’ll help guide prospective clients with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial client intake calls in both _English and Spanish _
- Accurately collect and document client information using CRM and case management systems
- Evaluate prospective clients’ needs and determine appropriate next steps
- Schedule consultations and manage follow-up communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in _English _and _Spanish (spoken and written) _
- Must be located in **Central or South America**
- Prior **law firm experience is required**
- Experience with **Lawmatics**and **Clio**is a _strong plus _
- Prepared to disclose their **_historical conversion rate _**_(percentage) _
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
