**job description**:
The Intake specialist is the first point of contact with the firm. A legal intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for the law firm he or she will be representing. They are responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients.
Responsabilities:
**Review new client intake packages. ** Issue-spot and complete time-sensitive tasks **New client onboarding ** Data entry and paperwork collection to ensure we obtain all pertinent information. **Take incoming calls and place outbound calls---60 % outbound, 40% incoming. ** Understand the client´s platform of the firm to know where to transfer or enter data. **Place a number of outbound calls to ensure the data pending is obtained.**
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:
Experience working in a position that required use of at least two platforms related to CRM (Here we use Salesforce and Ring Central) **Minimum of one year of office work experience or demonstrated interest in learning, understanding and work for the law industry. ** Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service. **Must have a high school degree or above. ** Must enjoy talking on the telephone and have exceptional communications and customer services skills. **Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated (2) different software programs—Office Word and Excel are a must. ** Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required, with a C1 or above English level. **Minimum of 30 WPM in typing skills.**
