Estamos buscando contratar**:HR SPECIALIST**
**Responsibilidades**
- Asegurar que todas las políticas de recursos humanos, procedimientos y directrices se apliquen y se cumplan acorde con los requisitos legales.
- Realizar la selección del personal de la compañía Directo y Outsourcing, de acuerdo lo establecido en el procedimiento.
- Implementar y aplicar estrategias eficaces para atraer / reclutar y retener personal calificado en todos los níveles, en cooperación con el Director de Recursos Humanos.
- Realizar proceso de Inducción para todo el personal que ingresa a la compañía Directo y Outsourcing, establecido en el programa.
- Apoyo en los programas de capacitación definidos por RRHH.
- Capacitar, supervisar y asegurar el proceso de Evaluación del Desempeño, consolidación de resultados de acuerdo con los lineamientos corporativos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes locales y los derechos de los trabajadores, así como con el código de conducta de la empresa.
- Actualizar al personal de forma pertinente sobre las políticas y beneficios corporativos.
- Coordinar con los jefes las actualizaciones de los manuales de funciones y los perfiles de cargo del personal.
- Verificar que los nuevos colaboradores sean evaluados en periodo de prueba por parte del jefe inmediato, tramitando el respectivo formato.
- Realizar Entrevistas de retiro y actualización de las estadísticas de las mismas.
- Coordinar el manejo disciplinario para el personal directo y Outsourcing.
- Apoyar en programa de Salud Ocupacional con el fin de lograr mantener los níveles de salud y seguridad adecuados para los empleados director y Outsourcing, según directrices de QHSE.
- Coordinar las actividades que, en materia de medicina, higiene y seguridad industrial, debe realizar la empresa, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes y directrices dadas por QHSE.
- Organizar, apoyar y ejecutar actividades de recreación, deportivas y de bienestar para todo el personal de la compañía.
- Realizar seguimiento a las visitas de seguridad del personal que está catalogado como cargo crítico, de acuerdo información suministrada por Recursos Humanos.
- Coordinar archivo de HV del personal y documentos del departamento de Recursos Humanos.
**Formación / Experiência**
- Nível de educación: Profesional en Psicología o carreras afines
- Experiência mínima de: 2 años en la industria
