Como el **Sales Planning Associate** estarás responsable de desarrollar, planear y ejecutar planes de accion de trade marketing en los clientes, que permitan el desarrollo de las marcas en el canal moderno y el crecimiento agresivo del sell-out para lograr los objetivos de SOM y de venta en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.

**Responsibilities**

Garantizar:

- el crecimiento de participacion de mercado de cada una de las marcas en el país, específicamente para el canal moderno.
- el cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell-in del budget mensual y anual.
- el crecimiento del sell-out y rentabilidad en el canal moderno. las variables comerciales, ejecucion en punto de venta y distribución en el canal moderno, a traves de:

- Definición, ejecución y seguimiento del plan de trade marketing en el canal moderno, garantizando el Sell-out & Distribución adecuados.
- Definición de la ruta de precios
- Ejecución en punto de venta
- Desarrollar planes de acción que permitan mejorar el mix de venta en los skus de mayor margen con enfoque en la rentabilidad.
- Control y seguimiento. de los presupuestos de inversión y de la correcta implementación de las actividades.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación y desarrollo de los lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
- Desarrollo del equipo.
**Qualifications**
- Grado universitario en Ingenieria Industrial, Administración de empresas o similar
- 8 a 10 años de experiência en el area de trade marketing en compañias de consumo masivo.
- Deseable experiência puntual en el canal moderno
- Deseable con experiência en ventas y marketing.
- Inglés avanzado
