Johnson & Johnson is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Partner **within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization in **Colombia, Bogota **.
This role will be part of J&J's Talent Acquisition Flexible Solutions - Recruitment Process In-sourcing (RPI) Team. We are a dynamic team of global recruiters that effectively leads volume and specialized recruitment supported by Global Services hubs. The TA Partner is key in delivering and carrying out our recruitment strategies. Our initiatives will enable the recruitment of exceptional talents for J&J
We will support you in shaping and developing your initiatives to drive increased quality of hire. While we strive to decrease our time to fill you will work closely with the team to enable process excellence in recruiting; encouraging a talent advisor approach with customers and teams.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required;
- Must have acquired solid experience in volume recruiting. Experience with offshore recruiting is highly preferred;
- Possess strong curiosity to understand J&J's long-term and short-term strategies; focusing on assigned service level strengths and challenges.
