Our Office in Bogota is looking for an Office Support Intern who will provide assistance basically in these tasks (but they are not limited to):
- Provide support in general to the office support team, like checking travel data orders and information provided as well, as commuting invoices among other related - Assistance in purchase orders- Accompanying third-party vendors when fixing physical requests at the office- Requesting quotes when necessary and processing information related- Supporting in events, by organizing spaces, receiving invites, and other related- Process card access requests to as new employees as current ones

More about you:
- Be part of administrative careers fields.- To be approved by your University to perform the role of a Trainee, under a contract issued by the SENA entity, even if you are in a University (Contact your Dedicated internship professional for more info if needed)- To be ready to sign a contract under the SENA approval, which it also means that you haven't signed a SENA contract before; if yes, it must be under a training chain (Cadena de formación, de Técnico a Tecnólogo).- Basic to Intermediate English skills.- To be interested in being part of a multinational that works in the IT (Information Technology) field.- Outstanding collaboration, communication and disposition skills.
