- Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
- As a customer service representative, you are responsible for following up with customers who have input their information online. These customers have shown interest in our client’s services.
- This position is a work from home opportunity.
- This job position requires shift flexibility and weekends.
- Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7am - 11pm Central Time. Saturday from 8am - 8pm Central Time and Sunday from 8am - 9pm Central Time. You will be scheduled during these times and expected to work at least two weekend shifts each month with the possibility to move to a preferred shift depending on performance.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Customer Service experience in a call center or face to face preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- Positive attitude and the desire to help people.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.
- Must have a quiet work environment at home.
- A personal computer Supported OS: Supported OS: Windows 10 or higher.
Processor: minimum of 4 cores, Ram: 8GB
- High-speed internet with a direct connection to your computer (no Wi-Fi, hubs, or satellite connections) Internet Speeds: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload.
