En Solvo Global estamos buscando un Asistente para Servicio de Carretera para trabajar con una importante compañía americana del sector automotriz.
Esta persona tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes ya sea por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat Con el fin de resolver sus problemas en la carretera.
- Crear notas claras que detallen cada paso del proceso con el cliente.
- Gestionar las situaciones que los clientes están manifestando en los distintos canales.
- Aprender a usar la plataforma y sistemas internos para ingresar y cumplir con las solicitudes de servicio al cliente - Ingresar Tickets
Beneficios: 2 días libres a la semana, auxilio de transporte, excelente ambiente laboral, contrato a término indefinido con la compañía y recargos dominicales y nocturnos cuando aplique según su turno de trabajo.
Horario: lunes a viernes con disponibilidad de 8 am a 6 pm dentro del primer mes de training dentro de esta franja se asignará su jornada laboral. La cuenta maneja turnos rotativos que se agendarán cada 4 meses, después del training se debe contar con una disponibilidad 24/7 para dicha rotación de turnos.
