As Manager of Corporate and National Accounts, you'll be in charge of 40% of the GMV from Rappi's most important vertical: Restaurants. Lining up internal (Quality / Revenue / Assortment / Experience) and external priorities (Growth / Expansion / Acquisition / Ops etc...) will be the most challenging mission you and your team will have to pursue. In order to achieve it, you'll be counting on 7 of the most senior Account Growth Managers in Rappi.

Reporting directly to the Head of Restaurants, you'll also be working on strategic side projects, with direct visibility from C-Level.

**Role Objective**:

- Make the Corporate and National Accounts segment the best in class in Revenue (Contribution Margin) and Quality (Defect Rate, E2E times)
- Consolidate our relationship with our the C-level of our Key Accounts

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Make sure our Key Accounts are beeing attended with the focus and dedication they need
- Make sure both our team and each individual's weekly / monthly OKRs are met
- Develop strategies in order to consolidate our leading position in the Corporate segment
- Identify and potentiate talent within the team

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have:

- 5-7 years leading commercial top performers teams
- Experience in strategic positions
- Excelent relationship / communication skills: verbal and written
- Over the top analitical skills (Excel / PowerBI / Google Suite)
- High resilience
- Long term vision
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong teamwork and client service orientation
- Passion for data, analytics, and problem solving
- Nice to have:

- Experience in B2B Food and Beverage or Consumer Goods or Tech industry
- SQL
- Experience working directly with C-level
- As Manager of Corporate and National Accounts, you'll be in the spotlight of the entire organization for the best and the worst. Pressure and expectations will be high, as well as the rewards that come with.
