Al cliente externo, mediante la ejecución adecuada de los procesos que ocurren después de la recepción del pago por la venta realizada, guiando al cliente a su prueba de nível, acordando el horario del programa y asesorandolo en cualquier solicitud que realice hasta la primera clase del programa adquirido; al cliente interno, diligenciando en tiempo y forma los requerimientos del proceso, a través del uso adecuado de los canales de comunicación y los procesos establecidos por la compañía para garantizar una excelente experiência de servicio Post-Venta.
