This role will lead the relationship, business development and sales activities with the Latam partner ecosystem including global and regional system integrators. The role will develop and execute against an account plan, build a strong network within the partner, and work with their teams to help drive pipeline in the LATAM region
You´ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Solution Consulting teams to develop a joint go - to - market plan, engagement model, and opportunity pipeline.
The role should have significant consulting /advisory background, a network within regional system integrators in key countries like Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Peru, well versed In enterprise Process Management and Automation, RPA and Digital transformation Supplemental industry specific knowledge in a target industry (e.g Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, etc.) is beneficial.
Strategic Alliance Development
- Drive business development with global advisory/consulting firms (e.g., Accenture /Avanade, KPMG, EY)
- Manage complex relationships and facilitate the growth of relationships across industries.
- Create partnership objectives, development plan and goal setting with Latam Bizagi stakeholders.
- Build the relationships necessary to reach mutually beneficial objectives and the cross-functional commitments to achieve them.
- Define profitable and sustainable business models.
- Facilitate the execution of local and global alliance and marketing contracts.
- Align with sales teams to prioritize market opportunities for solutions at global accounts ans lead the process to ensure the solutions are built on / integrated with Bizagi technology.
Partner Ecosystem
- Define the partner strategy in alignment with sales, customer success & professional services.
- Ensure the development and training of partners to ensure they can successfully execute their own projects or provide staff augmentation on Bizagi led projects.
- Identify and recruit new partners based on regional strategy.
- Develop, implement, and report on annual partner revenue growth plan.
- Perform monthly forecast, manage pipeline, and drive sales revenue plan to meet goals.
- Mentor and coach partners to the sales process to drive revenue and shorten de sales cycle.
- Negotiate Partnership agreements.
- Support day to day partner operations and provide feedback to program management.
- Collaborate with marketing to engage and enlist partners to execute lead generation programs, pipeline stimulus programs and joint planning efforts.
- Facilitate joint account mapping to drive co-selling engagement.
- Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product and sales training and enablement activity as needed.
- Recruit partners as needed to fill gaps in key countries and industries.
Preferred Experiential Background
- Bachelor´s Degree - MBA Preferred
- Prior experience working at, or partnering with, a regional system integrators and global consulting organizations (KPMG, NTT Data, GFT, Deloitte and others)
- 10+ years related experience working partnerships or channel development in Latin America, id
