We are currently seeking a remote Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role demands an individual with experience in requirements analysis, workflow process automation, and technical proficiency with SQL, API, and component communication. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will spearhead business analysis activities for the LIS platform's integration with other systems. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, collaborate with Product Management, and act as a proxy Product Owner for a specific business flow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business analysis activities for the platform's integration with other systems
- Participate in design and planning activities to ensure quality and business value
- Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements and ensure their successful delivery
- Collaborate with Product Management, acting as a proxy Product Owner for a specific business flow
- Act as the first line of production support by triaging customer requests and analyzing production incidents
- Perform manual testing of delivered functionality to ensure product quality
- Produce comprehensive project documentation to enable knowledge sharing and transfer

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (requirements management, documentation, stakeholders management, etc.)
- Expertise in requirements analysis and gathering techniques, SQL, and component integration
- Proficiency with REST API
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Proactive and able to work independently to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English at the upper-intermediate level

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with LIMS and sequencing
- Proficiency with Postman
- Knowledge of Datadog and Gitlab
- Experience in Life Sciences
