About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Tech Nav / BSA) with 5+ years of experience in financial or payment systems. This role bridges technology and business operations, ensuring that system designs meet stakeholder needs, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex system and business processes.
  • Work with development teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support projects related to credit card and banking processing systems.
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and manage operational readiness documentation for system releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify system improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Card / Banking Processing domains.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, system documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
