UnifyCX is growing and looking for **Customer Service Agents** to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla.

**What Will You Do?**

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

- Provide clear, accurate information about case details, member rights, deadlines, and options.
- Follow company procedures and training materials to resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex situations when necessary and complete follow-up tasks to ensure resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support additional projects and duties as needed.

**Who are you?**

- Experience: 1+ years in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish.
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and internal systems.
- Ability to stay organized, follow protocols, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
