Te estamos esperando Puesto: Analytics LeadCódigo de puesto: 10351 Localización: COL-Bogotá Nombre del cargo: Misión del cargo: As a Business Intelligence Lead for Advertisement, you are responsible -in close cooperation with sales and operations - for the execution, data extraction and standardization of key analyses of the business, including sales opportunities identification, operations performance tracking and fraud detection. Funciones: Data usage / access Improving the efficiency of data consulting through the creation of standardized queries or dashboards 100% of business critical metrics to be documented and published for self-service consulting State of business % of proposals intervened through insights Tickets output (sales support queries) Requisitos indispensables: >3 years of relevant function experience (Business Intelligence roles ideally in tech companies or high volume B2B businesses) Previous experience leading analytics teams English proficiency Proficiency in Power BI Advanced knowledge in database and data management, specially SQL and ideally Python Strong analytical skills, and business sense Proven track record of owning analytical workstreams supporting commercial operations Requisitos deseables: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields Ability to deliver projects and results in a timely manner, including but not limited to ad-hoc analysis with short timelines Strong organization and prioritization skills Self-motivated and be able to work with little supervision while still finishing assigned work Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow Tipo de contrato: Regular Misión del cargo: As a Business Intelligence Lead for Advertisement, you are responsible -in close cooperation with sales and operations - for the execution, data extraction and standardization of key analyses of the business, including sales opportunities identification, operations performance tracking and fraud detection.
