**Salario**:$3.000.000 a $3.200.000 más comisiones

¿Cuál es el propósito de este cargo?

Buscamos a un profesional que gestione las relaciones comerciales con los clientes de nuestros partners activos. Este rol es clave para garantizar una experiência excepcional, promover la fidelización, identificar oportunidades de negocio y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales establecidas.

Principales funciones:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y trimestrales del área comercial.
- Ejecutar planes de acción orientados a alcanzar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
- Colaborar estratégicamente con el equipo de Partners y su líder para alinear tácticas comerciales.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a la actividad comercial en herramientas CRM.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre funcionalidades, novedades y beneficios del producto
- Participar activamente en capacitaciones para fortalecer habilidades comerciales.

Perfil ideal:

- Experiência previa en desarrollo de negocios, ventas B2B o gestión comercial.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con clientes.
- Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs.
- Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas CRM (deseable).
- Alta proactividad, capacidad de análisis y enfoque estratégico.
