Importante compañía del sector construcción en proceso de expansión internacional, busca un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial Internacional - Bussines Developer para liderar el proceso comercial de su línea de construcción y concreto, con foco en la apertura y desarrollo de mercados en Estados Unidos.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Estrategia y desarrollo de negocio
- Diseñar y estructurar el proceso comercial para la línea de construcción/concreto: etapas, indicadores, herramientas y experiencia del cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades y tendencias del mercado en EE. UU., ajustando la propuesta de valor de la compañía.
- Representar a la empresa en ferias, misiones comerciales y eventos del sector para fortalecer la presencia y el networking internacional.
- Prospectar y contactar clientes potenciales (cold calling, LinkedIn, directorios, networking).
- Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y presentaciones efectivas.
- Realizar seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades comerciales en CRM.
- Coordinar con las áreas internas (legal, logística, administrativa) para la formalización de contratos.
Perfil del candidato ideal
-Formación: Profesional o tecnólogo en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Mercadeo o afines.
-Experiencia: Más de 3 años en roles comerciales B2B. Se valorará experiencia con mercados internacionales.
-Idioma: Inglés intermedio-alto (B2-C1).

- Horario: Lunes a jueves 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. / Viernes 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Salario: $ $ básico + esquema de comisiones
