Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a **dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Associate** to help our clients design and activate their services.

**What You'll Do**:
Assist clients in designing and activating their HCM platform software
Lead customers in building, testing, and implementing business processes
Provide expert guidance on payroll functionalities
- **Minimum Qualifications**:
**2+ Years Experience in Payroll** & Functional Business Processes
- Strong **customer focus** with excellent **support & communication skills**:

- **Software implementation** experience & **technical understanding**:

- Detail-oriented, a true **team player**, and driven by **initiative**:

- **Fluent in English** (written & verbal)
- Passion for **customer satisfaction**

**Education**: Four-year degree or equivalent business experience
