Your role at Clorox:
We’re looking for a Regional Logistics Leader accountable for CCAM Cluster to design, execute, and optimize end-to-end logistics strategies across multiple countries, ensuring operational excellence and strong alignment with business objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and enabling seamless collaboration across commercial and supply chain functions.

CCAM Cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom).

This role will be based in Colombia, Bogota.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute regional logistics strategies aligned with overall business and cluster objectives.- Lead cross-country initiatives to improve service levels, streamline operations, and reduce costs.- Partner closely with the Cluster Leadership Team and regional counterparts to ensure flawless execution and alignment.- Collaborate with commercial managers to ensure customer requirements and service standards are consistently met.- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing logistics team to deliver results and build future capabilities.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally with regional or multi-country scope within the CCAM region.- Strong expertise in international trade, customs, and transportation management.- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Competencies- Deep understanding of business strategy, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.- Proven ability to influence commercial decisions and integrate supply chain priorities into broader business strategies.- Strong end-to-end supply chain mindset, focusing on service, cost, and cash optimization.- Skilled at identifying vulnerabilities and implementing process improvements to strengthen performance.- Effective communicator capable of synthesizing complex supply chain insights for executive and board audiences.- Recognized for building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering innovation.
