We are continuing to grow rapidly, so we need talented, active professionals to help us develop international products and conquer new markets.
We are looking for a Front Office International Specialist to join our Service Support Team.
Job responsibilities:
- taking calls from and providing initial advice to B2C clients and B2B partners on bookings right until check-out;
- sending clients’ comments and requests to their accommodation providers;
- checking information that clients request with their accommodation providers;
- allocating requests within the operations department.
We expect that you:
- know English and Spanish on at least Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written);
- have experience working in a call center;
- can cope with a high work-load and multiple tasks;
- are responsible and careful;
- possess a strong sense of empathy;
- are stress-resistant.

**Salary**: $1,905,500 - $2,177,500 per month
