**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our office, greeting patients over the phone and providing excellent customer service in a calm and friendly manner.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of provider time.
- Maintain accurate patient information, including demographics, and enter primary and secondary insurance details.
- Communicate effectively between patients and providers to ensure appointments run on time, making adjustments for any delays.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- As per HIPAA requirements, a safe and secure environment must be maintained. There should be no background noise, and patients should not hear any sounds from family members or other distractions.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a performance-based role.
- A Medical Doctor is preferred ( any degree related to healthcare).
- Must have Zoom camera open for 8+ hours daily.
- You will be closely monitored.
- Includes a 30-minute break and two 15-minute short breaks.
- Training will be provided.
- 90-day probationary period applies.
- Market-competitive salary.
**Spanish is a must.**
**Work Schedule**:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EDT
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EDT
**Pay: 750$ - 1000$ per month**
