Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with strong **PHP** and **JavaScript** engineering skills to join our Web Development Team. You’ll help unblock our developers by owning complex, custom-coded features and integrations - primarily across **WordPress** sites and **React** apps.

This is a high-impact role designed to increase the self-sufficiency of our web development team and reduce reliance on the software engineering team for technical problem-solving.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain advanced WordPress plugins, theme functions, and admin features
- Integrate or maintain RESTful APIs from external platforms like CRMs, portals, et.c
- Contribute to scoping technical solutions for upcoming client-facing projects that needs custom code solutions beyond the page builder solutions of WordPress-Elementor
- Write clean, modular code with strong architecture and documentation
- Collaborate with designers, QA, developers, and stakeholders - translating technical concepts clearly across teams in an agile environment
- Provide guidance and unblock other junior web developers when challenges arise

**Must-Have Skills**
- 8+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
- Advanced PHP skills, especially with WordPress plugin development
- Experience working with headless CMS setups (e.g., consuming content via REST or GraphQL APIs)
- Strong React.js skills and working experience with component-driven UI, state management
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Comfortable working with Node.js for server-side logic or tooling
- Experience integrating and consuming third-party APIs and services
- Knowledge of web performance, debugging, and optimization best practices
- Experience using Git, GitHub, and modern deployment workflows (e.g., GitLab CI/CD)
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Bonus Points**
- Familiarity with Elementor and modern WordPress development workflows (e.g., Crocoblock, ACF Pro,, WP REST API)
- Extensive experience contributing to multiple stages of the software development lifecycle in a tech stack with PHP and React
- Comfortable with code testing (Jest, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience working remotely with international teams
