Trabajaras directamente con el liderazgo de Supply Operations Sudamérica con la finalidad de manejar la planificación y seguimiento de la altamente compleja cadena de abastecimiento de proveedores locales e internacionales, tales como (pero no limitados a) proveedores de material, navieras y freight forwarders, asegurando siempre un acercamiento proactivo y en equipo

Este rol requiere un contacto cercano con Compras, Logística, Supply Chain y manufactura así como con proveedores de material, control de operaciones y proveedores logísticos.

Atender a reuniones diarias con diferentes níveles de liderazgo, algunas de ellas serán en Inglés o Portugués.
- Liderar las operaciones de abastecimiento y el soporte a la planta de Colombia, tanto en material local como importado, incluyendo pedidos y logística.
- Dar soporte al proceso de interfaces con Colombia, Argentina y Brasil
- Ser el focal point para GBS, Logística y Supply Chain
- Proveer soluciones, retando el status quo y proponer soluciones eficientes
- Asegurar comunicación clara de objetivos, retos y acciones involucradas a sus stakeholders y escalar a liderazgo los riesgos o problemas que considere necesarios.
- Influir en la creación de un ambiente estratégico, brindado nuevos acercamientos y herramientas
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos y los compromisos del área
- Colaborar con otras áreas funcionales con el fin de garantizar el alineamiento del equipo y resolver problemas proactivamente
- Promover los valores de GM, liderando a su equipo a tomar decisiones basadas en la necesidad de los clientes, eliminando barreras de manera proactiva

Título universatiario en administración de empresas, ingeniería o similares

MBA (un plus)

Español e Inglés fluido

Portugués (un plus)

Fuerte conocimiento de manufactura y logística

Habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y valentía gerencial
