British American Tobacco Colombia has an exciting opportunity for a Primary Logistics Supply Manager in Bogota, Colombia

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Primary Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
• Analyse market trends, demand forecasts, and supply chain data to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and disruptions
• Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor and report on performance metrics

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Proven track record of success in supply chain optimization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, Strategic thinking and vision skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• B2+ English level (written and verbal)
• Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong people skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
