As a **Onboarding Specialist**,** you will sustain a positive team environment and display high levels of motivation.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**

  • Actively ensure continuous improvement in the team by gathering proper feedback,
  • Helping standardize the Onboarding process across department employees
  • Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Operations Team function and escalate any red flag to the Onboarding Lead for proper management..
  • Verify and improve the quality of products by accurately reporting bugs and providing quality assurance support.

**Requirements**

**Minimum requirements**

  • ** Studies**: High School Degree.
  • **Experience**: Experience in Onboarding processes and dealing with customers.
  • **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

  • ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
  • **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  • **Places**: Remote.
  • **Salary**: 4.225.000 COP ( Salary Increase after 6 months)
