**Job Summary**:
Be part of our client’s team as a **Real Estate Analyst**, supporting the deal flow for Placemakr's flexible-stay properties. Collaborate with key stakeholders, delivering high-quality and timely analysis. Thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly, and go above and beyond for team success.
- Employment Type:_ Indefinite term type contract- Shift:_ MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8 to 5 EST.- Work Setup:_ On-site, Bogota- Salary_: 1300 USD to 1700 USD

**Responsibilities**:

- Own all aspects of Placemakr-branded property deal underwriting and present findings to the internal investment committee.
- Research market information related to each property, establish a comp set, and analyze operating costs and revenue for each deal to inform underwriting assumptions.
- Develop revenue forecast support by creating a set of residential and hospitality property comparables.
- Research comparable properties and market data for expense information.
- Conduct income statement analysis of company operations to align forecasts with operating standards.
- Prepare pro forma materials for internal and partner consumption.
- Provide support for partner-facing interactions and respond to questions from Ownership.
- Assist with negotiation of Property Management Agreements by updating underwriting to reflect evolving deal terms.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to analyze data and better inform future Placemakr-branded property underwriting as properties continue to operate.
- Build new models and analyses that best convey Placemakr’s unique value proposition to prospective partners.
- Maintain underwriting models for the pipeline of new partnership/property management opportunities.
- Participate in Ownership calls to help source new deals and manage existing relationships.
