**The team you'll be part of**
Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
People Experience Americas Care organization, part of People organization, is primarily responsible for delivering excellent digital and human experiences to employees and managers in the Americas region. People Experience Americas Care LAT is responsible for supporting Nokia employees in the Latin American region, during all their employee lifecycle.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
We are looking for a results-oriented, proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) student in their professional practice period.
As part of our team, you will be:
- Handling inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits.
- Handling the benefits processes.
- Managing on-boarding, leaves, restructuring, redeployment, audits.
**Your skills and experience**
What is Nokia looking for from me:
- University student, entering in internship period, preferably in administration or computer science careers.
- Results oriented.
- Bilingual Spanish / English.
- Instills Trust & Collaborates
- Customer Service with Excellence
It would be nice if you also had:
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and/or French.
